Refund Policy

Payments for Recoup subscriptions are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. This policy describes our 14-day refund window for paid subscriptions.
1. Free access
The Overdue Invoice Audit is free, and your first invoice chase is free. You only need a paid subscription when you continue using paid Recoup features.
2. 14-day refund window
If you are not satisfied with a paid Recoup subscription, email us within 14 days of your first subscription charge and we will issue a refund.
3. Renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime before your next renewal to stop future charges. Renewal payments are not refundable unless required by law or charged in error.
4. Recovery outcomes
Recoup does not guarantee that any invoice will be recovered. A client’s response, delay, dispute, or non-payment does not create a separate refund right outside the 14-day window.
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from your account email with your order number or charge details. Approved refunds are processed by Dodo Payments back to the original payment method.
